The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for consulting engagements are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement signed by both parties. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any such agreement.

3. Use of the Website

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Digital products (including toolkits, frameworks, and templates) purchased through Gumroad are subject to the following terms:

• Licence: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage the product without written permission.
• No refund policy: Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us at support@camdontechja.com within 14 days.
• Updates: Where product updates are offered, they will be made available through the original purchase channel. We do not guarantee updates for any specific period.
• Intellectual property: All product content remains the intellectual property of Camdon Tech. Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership or copyright.

5. Consulting Engagements

Where Camdon Tech is engaged to deliver consulting or development services:

• A formal service agreement or SOW will be issued and must be accepted before work commences.
• Camdon Tech operates with a lean contractor model. Work may be delivered by experienced contractors engaged under Camdon Tech's management and quality standards.
• Client-specific intellectual property produced under a paid engagement will be assigned to the client upon receipt of final payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Camdon Tech retains the right to reference completed engagements in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and code — is the property of Camdon Technologies or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference use.
